The main company called Mid West Construction, when I sold it that company was the largest Non Union Steel Building Erection Co in the KC area for the last few years of buisness.. I had a second company that done Metal Roofing / Retrofitting and Metal Building Repairs called American Construction, I started it in 1991. I owned and operated both of those for over 20 years and was up to over 50plus men between the two companies. I sold the retro fit roofing and repair company and retired from the erection buisness because of health issues that had developed about 10 years after I had had a heart transplant. I now run a ATV salvage company selling Honda Odyssey & Pilot parts both new and used parts along with parts we manufacture. I have also built trailer and done other misc. welding on the side to help make ends meet. Keeping myself healthy seems to take allot of effort and unfortunately money., I need this to sell all this to help keep up with my bills in which a majority are health related. I had to extend a note, I have borrowed to help me catch up bills, mostly medical bills and things like our $1500 deductable to start the year to the deductibles that I have to pay when I pick up my medications and for my doctor visits. It was all DUE AT THE END OF THIS MONTH for $15,000 plus interest, but I was only able to pay $5 down and they were nice enough to extend it another 30 days. That is about due now and I bearly have nothing to give them, I'm willing to accept anything offer that is nearly reasonable!! This is a heavy duty interior steel framed shed. It's aprox 1 yr 2/ 6 mths old, its 8 feet wide x 4 feet long and 8"6 foot to the tallest point. The door opens top down to make a ramp and is spring loaded with cables to make it easy to open and close. This storage shed is insulated with 6" vinyl backed industrial building insulation. This has a steel frame inside made of tubing and 18 gauge metal purlings and 3/16" walled tubing.. The trim varies from several types of jamb trim to drip caps, corner caps, guttering, eave trim and so on. I have every kind of wall and roof fastener you can think of, some cost up to $2.75 each back 15 years ago but . I will sell them for very little comparatively. . I also have tons of bolts and nuts, pop rivets and anckors. I also have plenty of rubber and foam closers for the ends of the roof sheets for $1 each. They and the screws have been kept inside.

Davis Trencher, engine with 8" wide teeth, will dig up to 4' deep High / Low + Multiple speed hydraulic differential has been rebuilt, new chain and sprockets Whole machine sense rebuild has no more than 25 hours on it. It has only been used to dig foundations for metal buildings, low hours THE LAST USE WAS last year for a telephone a 100' line 12" deep. I went to fire it up to mow around it this summer and the magneto has quite. I don't have the time to find someone to repair it, but you will see the compression is good and so on. Dump bed on trailer made from 1 ton truck frame and has a pintel (I have no idea how to spell it correctly) hook hitch. It uses a gas motor with a belt system to run the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic hoist on the front is a manual hand pump jack., we had a electric winch at one time mounted on the top of that which worked really slick but its not there now. We used it to haul firewood two years ago and scrap metal last year. Everything is being sold separately. The bed on the pick up frame trailer is $500 with out the gas engine, electric over hydraulic lift gate or manual hydraulic hoist on front. The front hoist is $50.00 I have a the 5 hp gas engine that was mounted on it, that used a pulley and belt system to run the hydraulic pump for $100. dollars and the elect. over hydraulic tailgate lift is $250. We converted this one into a camper. It has a low mileage diesel engine with auto trans. The transmission was just rebuilt prior to my purchase of it. I used oak cabinets inside and the ac is low hours. It needs a steering wheel because of ignorance of someone changing out the key switch. On the transmission, they left the bolts loose where the torque converter bolts to the flywheel. So that needs to be tightened before driving and the wiring for the batteries need replaced. I have installed a 12 converter for camper lighting in it already. The AC unit is 110 volt on top of the camper and works well. It has new water storage tanks, shower, toilet and elect. hot water tank. It has both 12volt and 110 volt wiring for lights and plugs. The door is a regular camper door. I figure someone will want the diesel engine and trans., that is worth more than I'm asking but if you want to fix it into a camper, I have a new door, bumper and hood for it. The tires are Michelin and duels on the back.

Most of the windows open by emergency levers, others have sliding windows and screen windows. If you noticed I have used these windows in the box trailers to my metal building and the camper.
This is to show a curved one for vans.
This one can be used on a gooseneck trailer front or upright on the passenger side of a bus or motor home on the passenger side. I even have some of these that are only 14" long, this one is 3' and I have one that is 4' 6"
This one can be used sideways or vertical and half slides open with a screen.

The SSR panels on top are 15'6" long and 16" wide. I believe
there are 20 panels in that short pile. There are over 100 multi rib
panels in this pile alone ranging from 12' to 30' long.
This has a sample of wall Z & C purling's and some trim pictured in
it. Z purlings are 4, 6 & 8 inches tall C purlings are 4, 6, 8 &
10 wide.
