| Mikuni Carbs: | ||

Mikuni is the best
stock replacement carb, even though Honda originally used a 32mm,
the
38mm MIKUNI CARB. is the perfect size. MIKUNI CARB HAS SO
MANY ADVANTAGES OVER THE KEIHEN CARBS, things
like: it has a choke KIT available\e, that allows you to use your choke
cable for $15 dollars and it has a place to mount the dial a
jet
built into it and all the wear parts are replaceable for
better tuning and service. The BEST ADVANTAGE IS that
we can install a 1. 5 float valve
(needle & seat) compared to the Keihen which has the float valve
pressed in so you are stuck with the Keihen 2.5 float valve which your
stuck with the bypass T. In the Mikuni we can eliminate the by pass T and
run the fuel line directly from fuel pump to carb. The bypass T is
#3 on our list for what burns pistons up!
When you purchase your cab from me, 98% OF THE TIME I CAN PRE JET YOUR CARB DEAD ON THE MONEY! UPON PURCHASE PLEASE WRITE IN THE NOTE SECTION OR TELL ME, WHAT PERFORMANCE MODIFICATIONS YOU HAVE. I will need to know the piston size and what you have for accessories. Things like, do you have a Aftermarket pipe & if you have any port work, if so, who done it & (please list how much on 1 to 10 scale), I also need to know if you have a reed spacer and what brand of reeds? Boysen or V-3 reeds .If you have a open intake air box system, do you have a foam filter or K&N replacement filter or anything else that would require jetting adjustments. Even the size jet and what carb you are replacing. |

They work on both the 350 & 400 There is a debate on weather to use a "stuffer" or a intake designed like a stuffer, or not. It probably makes no difference, especially if your not racing. One manifold is wider than the stock manifold and makes you hit the transmission with the carb. Both make you tight against the transmission bracket on the Left side of carb | ||

| For those who do not know, the DG Pipe was
advertized for years up until lately as
a stock replacement Pipe, using a Performance Silencer that
many of you know is extremely loud and does not have a spark
arrestor. When the DG was made, Honda still had their pattern rights
on the their pipe, so DG had to detune the pipe by changing some of the dimensions
to allow them to make it, think of cheap knock off parts. Back in the day
when that was the only pipe that could be purchased, those who raced found
that when you put the DG silencer behind the stock Honda pipe, you could
out run the guys with the DG pipes all day.
Our Triple EEE pipe is made by Pro Pipe, I use Triple EEE's name for nostalgia, because they were the ones who had this pipe made, flow bench tested, and tuned to their engines. I order my Triple EEE pipes with a large in diameter and longer silencer and a spark arrestor. If the arrestor is not important to you, it can be removed but I'm told it doesn't change performance. It is also double Nickel Coated, the ceramic coatings tripled in cost and are no longer feasible to to have the pipes coated with it. |

A) High
Back Suspended Seat comes with an exhaust heat shield, that
you screw onto the back of it upon delivery. Other than that it is ready to bolt right into odyssey
or Pilot! Right now we only have them in the Black vinyl covers.
That is best anyway, with a heavy due or a light rain, reg. cloth seats
are soaking wet and not so great to sit in. Will fit in both 350 & 400, without removing or modifying park brake
arm or shifter, but it is tight against the seat. Use stock seat bolts upside down with new nuts included
with purchase.
The average shipping on this seat intials the following: Heavy Duty Shipping box $18.00, PLUS: UPS charges which range from, between $75 / $95 on average. But if the box gets handled rough, on bad drop and the box can bulge one inch and that will take us over size. That should change the shipping costs to between $125 / $150 dollars, but UPS tells me now that as long as my driver verifies that the box is the correct size we listed to start with that they will reimburse me the overage charges. |

WORKS PERFORMANCE Shocks : NOW Standard on all Shocks: Threaded Pre-Load The threaded Preload (Threaded Cross Over) comes with adjustment nuts so you can to tighten/ loosen the shock springs using a wrench to determine how much tension you want on the springs and lock them in place. The 1/2" thick Shaft AT Steelers can be used for back shocks, but 6 out of 10 riders will break the shaft where it is down sized for the ends to thread on or bend the shafts. Only because the rear shocks on these machines hold the wheels in place therefore having to much stress on them when you break a U-Joint or the 16mm rod end on your Radius arm. The 5/8" shafts have been doing great sense we changed over to primarily the 5/8" for the rear about 4 to 6 years ago. We started trying them about 6 to 10 years ago. ABOUT THE COMET CLUTCHES:
As most of you know, these are one of the best clutch systems known. They are tough and last the longest of any clutches out there! They are practically 100% PROBLEM FREE, when maintained properly. Maintenance is easy: Lube them once, each day you use them, either before you go out or after you call it a day.
Be sure to use a "HIGH IMPACT" SILICON/GRAPHITE dry lube spray! Its best NOT TO USE the Hardware Store stuff. If NOT COMET LUBE, you can find an equivalent product at your local John Deer or Case Tractor Supply. Be sure it lists "High Impact", means it absorbs into the pours of the metal and wears longer.
SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR FENDERS SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR FENDERS SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR FENDERS
Here is an Idea that has gone over well to REPLACE replace those old banged up FENDERS, that is an good option for fenders that can take a beating and get the job done. They even grow on you and look pretty, for the money.
There are two way of mounting the front fenders! If you lift the front of the fender up even Higher, it does look a bit Tougher.
Notice the Front Fenders are mounted differently in each of the pictures below. The right side picture has the fenders up higher. They could be raised even higher yet if you wished too.


In the picture above with if you look closely between the left fender and the foot bucket, you will see that there is an adapter flashing installed between there that we make. You can get a kit in different combinations, either a Spacer & Bolt KIT, Adapter flashing KIT or a Spacer, Bolt & flashing KIT.
Again in the picture of the front fenders, you can do one of two things. One is to lift the front of the fender up and the Other is to trim off some of the Top Front of the front fender to give the front fenders a meaner or tougher look.

In the picture above with the Rear fenders, if you look closely between the right rear fender and the frame, there is an adapter flashing that we make. The flashing, spacers & bolts come in a Adapter KIT, we can supply you, or your welcome to make those yourself. I also have a Spacer Kit by itself with No flashings.
Like mentioned above, the flashings are not necessary to install the front &/or the rear fenders but the Spacer KIT w/bolts will be needed to install either sets of fenders. You can make those yourself or I can make you a set. I personally like the way the front fenders look when mounted this way. It looks like you have a mud flap and it looks meaner
The rear fenders are an easy mounting process. You can have add a spacer in the inside back edge. They will bolt up to 3 places on the frame. The stock brackets do not need to be used and no additional brackets either.
The beauty of these fenders are that they are the same in the front as the rear! They are much more flexible than the 350 fenders and WILL TAKE SO MUCH MORE ABUSE !!
These come in WHITE, RED, YELLOW and BLACK and I stock all but the black right now. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to get the black in.
Honestly from a distance it is hard to tell that those are the 250 fenders on the 350 instead of the stock fenders that came on it and are so much more reasonably priced.

Its amazing the HP & TORQUE that can be gained by doing simple modifications! Such as opening the air box to adjusting the idle using your cable instead of the idle screw on your carb. A few bolt on performance parts can go a long way too, better reeds, a reed spacer to straighten the air flow around the crank, Porting is where you get the most power for the dollar, but if you will at the least go in and cleaning the port casting marks out and polish the exhaust port with a dermal, you will make a big difference. NEVER CUT ON THE PORT WINDOWS YOURSELF!! IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH TO SCREW IT ALL UP!!

Several guys do it this way, they have found it is sometimes easier to send a extra few dollars over what they think it will take for shipping, I have always been honest with shipping and do not try to make a profit on it. Now on shipping over $50, I add $3 dollars, 100 to 1000 I add $5 dollars, UPS has a habit of adding fuel and other fees onto my billing that I receive one week later and I like to cover tape (which isn't cheep) and the occasional special boxes we have to purchase.
C. Call me and purchase parts with a credit card. I only accept Visa and Master Cards that are NOT REWARDS CARDS, IF IT IS I HAVE TO ASK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 6.25% to cover their fees that are over the regular master or visa cards.
D. You can always send a Postal Money order and include a list of what you would like. I can cash a postal money order at my post office that makes it easier to get the parts out to you quicker. As a rule I will not accept anything but the postal money order, I occasionally will make an exception for other money orders but with those I have to wait until it clears the bank. I bank 300 miles away, so by the time I get the check deposited and it clears it can take 10 days.

THE DIGATRON IS THE #1 HAVE TO HAVE TOOL YOU NEED!!!! I GUARANTEE YOU IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL KEEP YOU FROM BURNING PISTON AND SEIZING ENGINES!!!! IT ALONE WILL keep YOUR odyssey/pilot running!! ESPECIALLY ANY AIR COOLED ENGINE! On the 350 the EGT is better than water cooling the head &/or cyln. The water cooled head &/or cyln. is nice to have because it is a convenience BUT it will not keep you from damaging your rings or from the burring a hole in the piston THE EGT WILL KEEP YOU FROM DOING SUCH DAMAGES!
Use the DIGATRON EGT to TUNE YOUR CARB. (JETTING THE CARB) and to WARN YOU WHEN YOU EXCEED TEMPS THAT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE RINGS, PISTON &/OR CYLN.
The EGT can and will keep you from loosing compression from the rings over heating and loosing tension along with keeping you from seizing your piston due to high temp's. from the following: failing fuel systems like bad pump or clogged fuel filters or even old fuel lines that suck shut under vacuum. It will also warn you if you have miss jetted the carb or tell you when it its tine to put a larger jet in because of raising tempters outside or change of altitude while riding .
The Digatron allows you to set a LIMIT, that warns you when the temps of the cyln. reach this temps that will start doing damage. In most of them it will start FLAsHiNg to warn you! THE BEST PLACE TO MOUNT THE EGT UNIT is by mounting the unit on top of the steering wheel, when the EGT starts fLaShInG it will catch your peripheral eye vision, you can back off the throttle before you even focus in to read the temp, thus saving you valuable time to get the temps down where they need to be. I have a couple dozen engines built in the upper 50 to lower 60 hp that are ALL air cooled through out Texas and up through KS. & Neb. and all through the southern parts of the states. When any of us get a chance to ride we ride, we will ride a 12 to 16 hr day straight through with very few breaks. The EGT and the MIKUNI CARBS are what allows us to do this.
ONE MORE THING; IF I rebuild your engine, you have to have a EGT for me to warrant the rebuild. The EGT guarantees me that you can properly tune your engine, properly follow through with the correct way to break the engine in and not exceed damaging temps. what so ever. The EGT is the only accessory that can do this for you.
Just so you remember: Water cooling will not keep you from doing damage, it is more of a convenience that allows you not to change jets as often because of changing temps outside. Water cooling the head only will not even do that, with out water cooling the cyln, at the same time, the head alone does little to protect you or be any advantage, I do offer water cooling cylinders by wrapping them in alum. and channeling the water inside what we enclose if you are interested in doing that and sell a variety of water cooled heads.

I want to thank all men and women who served our country along with those who are serving now.
I also HONOR the women and men who have gave their lives, who have been wounded and those who have been POW's.
Like many of you I too have lost friends who fight for our freedom. I have a son in law whom I very proud of, he has made 4 tours now.
Your thoughts and Prayers for him and all the others who server for us are appreciated, thank you so much.
Thank you America for my freedom and the ability to help others gain theirs.

There are a bunch parts that I do not have listed but I do stock or I can get from my suppliers but I just haven't had the time to list them all. I am also working on a new site that will have these parts all listed w/ pictures. I may take up to 6 more months to complete it.
I now use NORTON to keep viruses out, including E-MAIL.
