  Mikuni Carbs:   
       Mikuni is the best stock replacement carb, even though Honda originally used a 32mm, the 38mm MIKUNI CARB. is the perfect size.  MIKUNI CARB HAS SO MANY ADVANTAGES OVER THE KEIHEN CARBS, things like:  it has a choke KIT available\e, that allows you to use your choke cable for $15 dollars and it has a place to mount the dial a jet built into it and all the wear parts are replaceable for better tuning and service. The BEST ADVANTAGE IS that  we can install a 1. 5 float valve (needle & seat) compared to the Keihen which has the float valve pressed in so you are stuck with the Keihen 2.5 float valve which your stuck with the bypass T. In the Mikuni  we can  eliminate the by pass T and run the fuel line directly from fuel pump to carb.  The bypass T is #3 on our list for what burns pistons up! 

             When you purchase your cab from me, 98% OF THE TIME I CAN PRE JET YOUR CARB DEAD ON THE MONEY!  UPON PURCHASE PLEASE WRITE IN THE NOTE SECTION OR TELL ME, WHAT PERFORMANCE MODIFICATIONS YOU HAVE. I will need to know the piston size and what you have for accessories. Things like, do you have a Aftermarket pipe & if you have any port work, if so, who done it & (please list how much on 1 to 10 scale), I also need to know if you have a reed spacer and what brand of reeds?  Boysen or V-3 reeds .Iif you have a open intake air box system,  do you have a foam filter or K&N replacement filter or anything else that would require jetting adjustments. Even the size jet and what carb you are replacing.

  For those who do not know, the DG Pipe was advertized for years up until lately as a stock replacement Pipe, using a Performance Silencer that many of you know is extremely loud and does not have a spark arrestor. When the DG was made, Honda still had their pattern rights on the their pipe, so DG had to detune the pipe by changing some of the dimensions to allow them to make it, think of cheap knock off parts. Back in the day when that was the only pipe that could be purchased, those who raced found that when you put the DG silencer behind the stock Honda pipe, you could out run the guys with the DG pipes all day.

Our Triple EEE pipe is made by Pro Pipe, I use Triple EEE's name for nostalgia, because they were the ones who had this pipe made and flow bench tested with their engines. The Triple EEE pipe comes with a large in diameter and longer silencer and a spark arrestor. If the arrestor is not important to you, it can be removed for a little better performance yet.  It is also double Nickel Coated .

              Its amazing the HP & TORQUE that can be gained by doing simple modifications! Such as opening the air box to adjusting the idle using your cable instead of the idle screw on your carb. A few bolt on performance parts can go a long way too, better reeds, a reed spacer to straighten the air flow around the crank, Porting is where you get the most power for the dollar, but if you will at the least go in and cleaning the port casting marks out and polish the exhaust port with a dermal, you will make a big difference. NEVER CUT ON THE PORT WINDOWS YOURSELF!! IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH TO SCREW IT ALL UP!!

HERE IS AN IDEA THAT HAS GONE OVER WELL FOR FENDERS ON THE 350:

       There are two way of mounting the front fenders!

                       

     In both set ups the rear fenders are mounted the same way.                On this front fender picture, the top of the fenders could be trimmed off.        

    The rear fenders take a spacer on the back corner. They will bolt up to 3 places on the frame. The stock brackets do not need to be used and no additional brackets either. 

    The beauty of these fenders are that they are the same in the front as the rear! They are much more flexible than the 350 fenders and will take much more abuse!!

    O' the piece that looks like a rear bumper is actually where we put a 3rd wheel that swivels and allows us to to move Odysseys and Pilots around in the shop. If there is any interest in that, let me know and I can explain it better.          

    

    

     The front of the fenders do bolt to 3 of the original frame mounts on the frame that hold the Honda fender brackets. The stock 350 fender brackets do not need to be used!

                

 If you look closely right between the left fender and the foot bucket is an adapter flashing that we made. That and the spacers and bolts come with the adapter kit which isn't needed if you have your own bolts, spacer and don't mind the gap.   I personally like the way the front fenders look when mounted this way. It looks like you have a mud flap and it looks meaner!

These come in white, red, yellow and black and I will stock the most popular colors.

Honestly from a distance it is hard to tell that the 250 fenders are on this ody instead of the stock 350 fenders.

B. If there are not karts for the items you would like. Making a manual PayPal purchase through your PayPal account for the amount of the parts. Then list the items in the comment box. If it is necessary for me to make adjustments, say you over est. the shipping and pay to much, I will refund the difference and if you come up a little short, I will ask for the difference. Several guys do it this way, they have found it is sometimes easier to send a extra few dollars over what they think it will take for shipping, I have always been honest with shipping and do not try to make a profit on it. I always refund a over payment.

  To do that, just sign in on your PayPal account, click on the send money tab. Then Put OdysseySalvageSales@gmail.com into the Email address, for to make the pmt to. Also click the Non Action Goods, then in the subject line please put "Parts Purchase"  and list those parts and prices in the comment box. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET SHIPPING. A good way to figure that is to go onto UPS. com, figure from your address to mine then add a few extra dollars to be sure because they are rarely the same and don't forget to add the proper amount of insurance. I always round out the cost to the even dollar, so if its 9.89, I charge $10. Now on shipping  over $50, I add $3 dollars, 100 to 1000 I add $5 dollars, UPS has a habit of adding fuel and other fees onto my billing that I receive one week later and I like to cover tape (which isn't cheep) and the occasional special boxes we have to purchase.

C. Call me and purchase parts with a  credit card. I only accept Visa and Master Cards that are NOT REWARDS CARDS, IF IT IS I HAVE TO ASK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 6.25% to cover their fees that are over the regular master or visa cards.

D. You can always send a Postal Money order and include a list of what you would like. I can cash a postal money order at my post office that makes it easier to get the parts out to you quicker. As a rule I will not accept anything but the postal money order, I occasionally will make an exception for other money orders but with those I have to wait until it clears the bank. I bank 300 miles away, so by the time I get the check deposited and it clears it can take 10 days.

Digatron Gauges NEW PAGE with new gauges Keep track of your exhaust temp. and keep from seizing your piston from high temp's.

ITS THE #1 tool to keep YOUR odyssey/pilot running!!   ESPECIALLY ALL AIR COOLED ENGINES!  on the 350 the EGT is better than water cooling the head &/or cyln.

Use the DIGATRON EGT to TUNE YOUR CARB. JETTING and to WARN YOU WHEN YOU EXCEED TEMPS THAT WILL DAMAGE THE PISTON &/OR CYLN.  The EGT will keep you from seizing your piston up due to high temp's, failed fuel systems or miss jetting are the top two reasons for seizing a piston. The Digatron allows you to set a limit, when the temps of the cyln. reach this limit it will start FlAsHiNg  to warn you!  By mounting the unit on top of the steering wheel, when the EGT starts fLaShInG it will catch your peripheral vision, you can back off the throttle before focusing in to read the temp.  I have a couple dozen engines built in the upper 50 to lower 60 hp that are air cooled through out the bottom  of TEX. through KS. & Neb.. When any of us get a chance to ride we ride a 12 to 16 hr day with very little breaks. The EGT and Mikuni carbs are what allows us to do this. ONE MORE THING;   IF I rebuild your engine, you have to have a EGT gauge, for me to warrant my work. The EGT guarantees me that you can properly tune your engine and not exceed damaging temps.

Now that Christina is here, someone will be answering the phones all the time except during lunch.  Christina started here in June and though she is new to the Odyssey sport, she has been a quick learner.   She can take your orders and she is learning the rest quite well. What Christina can't answer for you, I can and I will be happy to help you when I'm in the shop. Your help would be appreciated with patients and giving her a good explanation of the parts your after.

Now I will still have an Doctor app.'s, once or twice a week, usually in the mornings and all day on Wed. That is because I'm a heart transplant and I received this new transplant heart back in Dec. 1989 on Christmas weekend (that is my new birthday) hee hee. Though the heart is doing pretty well, I have acquired just a few health issues that unfortunately rule my own schedule. So there will be times I am not in, but Christina will let me know if I need to contact you for something she could not handle for you.

The reason I'm telling this is so everyone will understand why I'm not always here.  As a rule I don't turn the answering machine on to take recordings, I get to many recordings and honestly, I just don't do a good job returning the calls. But that may change with Christina here now, we may try letting you talk as long as everyone will keep it short and to the point please.

On my home page, I'm going to go into some of what is going on with the heart transplant stuff for those who are intereseted. It may take me awhile to complete it, so it will be a work in progress. I will start it shortly.
