Use the DIGATRON EGT to TUNE YOUR CARB. JETTING and then to KEEP TRACK OF YOUR EXHAUST TEMP This will help keep you from seizing your piston up from high temp's, failed fuel systems or miss jetting and to help extend the life of your top end between rebuilds. Digital EGT's are faster, more accurate and have limits that can be set to warn you!

Please ALWAYS call. Because of high phone call volumes at times I can not always get everyone called back in a timely manner.

SORRY EVERYONE, BUT Randy WILL NOT BE IN THE SHOP UNTIL, HOPEFULLY, AROUND Monday 8/25/8

I apologize but I had a virus along with dehydration and a infection after over doing it in the heat and so forth, so it was a long stay at KU for near 2 weeks and I need to take a couple more days off that yet.

Believe me when I say it has hurt me in several ways including the pocket book and I imagine JUST AS MUCH as it has frustrated allot of you, I apologize for the inconvenience!

I'm taking a little more time to get healthy after this bout, (almost as 1/3 of what I have been told to) this time (usually I don't listen and start work the day I'm back or the nest day). Like I have said I can't afford to be away from the shop this much ether.

I hired a couple Seniors in High School to come in and help after school. I another week they should be able to ship PayPal orders or any other back orders if this happens again.

I will have a few more days at KU than usual here for a few weeks but Is I thought last week, I will get it down to 1 a week (Wed.) with a extra day every now and then.

COMING SOON: OdysseySalvage.com will be getting a face lift! This will include many improvements including: product photos where possible and Shopping Cart for every item. We have started installing inventory, but it will still take a few months before we can complete adding inventory and testing / cleaning out any bugs.

UPDATE 8/15/08: We have ran into those dog gone snags that has put us behind where we wanted to be by now. It maybe a few mths. before we can get back to fixing things and go from that point forward.

I have owned a few businesses over the years, that I sold because of health problems, only with one did I deal with the public and I have to say that working with you, the owners of Odysseys, Pilots, Drackart's and other odyssey type buggies, is a real pleasure.

A few people in this group try to put the screws to me with money or product, more this year than ever before. I would say that most of you are like myself and have a conscience and would never intentionally try to take advantage of another. I have even had several of you let me know of double shipments, and added parts that were not charged for in a order and they sent those parts back. I have also made my own mistakes and a few more than usual here lately and I apologize for that. Because of personal reasons I am struggling some to keep up. I would like you to know that I acually work more at this than it appears. Some of you have probably noticed on bids and so forth I put the date and time sent. I start anywhere from 6:30 to 7 am and leave the shop from 8 to 10 pm. I use that time to help me get close to catching up and abreacting parts I need to make. Jeanne my wife works in DeMoine now and I don't have much else to do.

Bridgewater Custom Built is what your credit card charge will read on your bank statement.

Cash purchases will have no return fees deducted as long as you accept a return payment check or hold a credit towards other parts. There will be no return fees charged if you hold a credit towards new parts or if you will accept a check

There will be a return fee deducted from ALL refunds, for credit card and/or PayPal transaction fees that are charged upon the purchase of the part and for the returned credit to your credit or PayPal fees charged to us upon the refund to such accounts. There will be a return fee for ALL parts purchased by cashiers check, money orders and so on of 3.54% for the same reasons as listed above for credit card and PayPal fees.

There will be a ADDITIONAL return fee charged for ALL REFUNDS for: CREDIT CARD & PayPal FEES OF 5.25% ON ALL RETURNS & There will be a return fee for ALL parts purchased by cashiers check, money orders and so on of 3.54% ON ALL RETURNS)

That fee is waived only if you accept a check for the refunded price that is allowed by the dates listed above.

I would to thank you for your thoughts and prayers for my son in law and very good friend Josh. Josh has served one tour in Kuwait and two in Iraq now. He has lost several friends and he had served his first tour in Iraq beside Jake as a scout when he was killed. He's a very big hero in our books.

Josh's plans for flying a helicopter for the army has been put on hold now and he will be returning to Iraq for his 3rd tour there once more. He ships out this June. Josh is a very smart guy and I know that he can do anything he puts his mind too and while in Iraq that will be keeping himself and others around him alive.

I'm sure he would still appreciate your thoughts and prayers for him and all the others serving for our country.
